I purchased these SlimSmart Digital Scales by Slim Smart on Amazon. They are a very sleek design. I like that it is made from thick, strong tempered glass and the flooring underneath is what you see most instead of an old white scale. The scale is very lightweight. You can just step on the scale and get your weight. No tapping to "wake up the scale" before stepping on. The scale uses 4 AAA batteries that are provided in the package. It has a digital display and can weigh up to 400 pounds. The scales we have been using only go to 275 pounds. Whenever we are flying somewhere and need to weigh our luggage I have always had to stand on the scale and hold the luggage to make sure we weren't over 50 pounds. We all know how well us women like anyone seeing how much we weigh. With this scale weighing up to 400 pounds Scott can do the heavy lifting and step on the scales now with our bags. That is a huge plus in my book.
