I was a little skeptical when I saw it had a clear lid with a drink slot.  I thought without a lid that closes there is no way the drink will stay cold or hot.  With the 115 degrees we have here in AZ I decided to try the cold drink instead of hot.  I was AMAZED with the results.  I put a soda and a handful of ice in the tumbler at 12:16pm.  I tested the temp of the soda and it was 31.7 degrees.  All day I sipped on the drink and at 9:30pm the temp of the soda as 31.1 degrees.  No, my thermometer is not broken - The drink was still very cold and still had ice in it 9 hours later.

With a new grandbaby arriving in a couple months I decided to give these "blankets" a try.  To me a blanket is something warm and snuggly.  These swaddle cloths are totally not that.  The baby will be born in Arizona so a warm blanket will not be needed.  These 100% Muslin Cotton will be cool but will be great to wrap the baby in.  I am one of those Nana's who think new born babies need to be covered and cuddled. 
The swaddle blankets come in a package of two.  They are Unisex so they will be nice for boy or girl.  They are very large in size 47" x 47" but thin so they are not bulky at all and will pack well in a diaper bag. I thought they felt a little course when I felt them but once they were washed they got so much softer.  It will also work as a quick throw to go over the baby carrier when outside, or for a burp rag, a blanket to lay the baby on to change diapers or for when the baby gets a little older and learning to sit up. There will be so many uses for these blankets.  These would make great gifts to give to a new Mom in a basket. This is my first purchase from this company but it won't be my last.

Previously I had purchased 2 rolls of chalk paper but the markers/chalk that came with the rolls did not work well at all.  These markers are fantastic.  The color is bright and the end of each marker can switch to be either a round end or a chisel end.  It is a little messy to change the end so be sure and use a napkin to avoid getting the liquid on your hands.
