This set of 4 cutting boards is perfect. They are packages with 4 different sizes ranging from 10" x 5.5" to 18" x 12" so there is no need to dirty up your large cutting board when you only have something small to chop. The rubber edges keep the board from slipping and sliding around when I am chopping. There is a groove on one side of each board to avoid juice from running off the board. The other side has no ridge. With the ability to use both sides it really gives you 8 cutting boards instead of just 4.  I use a cutting board almost everyday and these rate up at the top of kitchen things I cannot live without. I like plastic boards because If they discolor I can bleach them and it does not absorb on the board like the wooden boards do. With the pack of 4 I will keep 2 at home and take the 2 smaller ones in my little motorhome when we travel.
